The Multi-state Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) is a 120-minute exam comprised of 60 multiple-choice questions. The exam assesses an applicant's knowledge and understanding of the ethical standards expected of a legal practitioner. It is a requirement for all those who intend of practicing law in California.
In California, you must attain a score of 86 or higher.
