Comparative Constitutional Law

An introduction to constitutional law in the United States, South Korea, and other countries of the world

Introduction

Constitutions of countries throughout the world are available in print, via subscription databases, and from internet sources. It is useful to search in a variety of sources, to make sure that you have the current version of a country's consitution and to locate historical versions if they are relevant to your research. Consult other Heafey research guides when you are researching constitutional law in jurisdictions other than the United States.

If you do not find the materials you need in the Heafey Law Library or in one of our subscription databases, we will be happy to help you locate materials in a nearby library or to request materials via interlibrary loan. Just stop by Research Services, call (408 554-4452) or email (lawref@scu.edu). Any research librarian can assist you.
