Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII)

CanLII, the website of the Canadian Legal Information Institue, is available in French and English. Produced by Lexum for the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, it is an integrated website for primary sources of Canadian federal, provincial and territorial law.

The scope of individual databases varies, depending on the provider.

The Bora Laskin Law Library at the University of Toronto maintains a website linking to Canadian federal, provincial and territorial legislation.

Supreme Court of Canada Decisions

Judgments of the Supreme Court of Canada from 1876 forward are available online at a website maintained by Lexum.
